We collect the following personal data when you use Life Compass: email address (for authentication), profile information (name, avatar), usage data (goals, habits, rituals, life wheel assessments, emotional records, flow journal entries, decisions, circles, achievements, roles, values), and subscription/billing information processed by Paddle.
Purpose of Collection
We collect and use your data to: provide and maintain the Life Compass service, personalize your experience, process subscription payments through Paddle, send service-related notifications, improve our product through aggregated analytics, and comply with legal obligations.
Data Storage
Your data is stored securely on Supabase cloud infrastructure. Supabase provides enterprise-grade security with encryption at rest and in transit, regular backups, and compliance with industry standards.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days. Anonymized usage statistics may be retained for product improvement purposes.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services: Supabase (authentication and data storage), Paddle (payment processing and subscription management). Each service has its own privacy policy governing data handling. Paddle acts as our Merchant of Record and may collect payment information directly.
Your Rights
You have the right to: access your personal data at any time through the app, export your data in a portable format, request correction of inaccurate data, delete your account and all associated data, withdraw consent for data processing. We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Essential cookies are necessary for the app to function and cannot be disabled.
